New Time for TweetDiner

March 30, 2011 by Margie Clayman 12 Comments

A lot of people have told me that they really wish they could come to the TweetDiner chat, but the time just doesn’t work for them. So, I thought I would use this opportunity to a) figure out how to do a poll on my site and b) Find out what day and time would work the best for everyone. If you don’t see your favorite option listed, please let me know in the comments.

Our chat this Saturday will still happen at the regular time – 9 PM EST 🙂

Thanks!

Monday’s journchat, Wednesday is wjchat, Thursday’s latism and ungeeked. Struggling to see the other options without a conflict although Friday is absolutely empty here.

I’d like Tweetdiner to be dropinable which is a new word I’ve coined myself. If other people want to join us, why not open it daily?

      Hi Nic,

I know what you mean but I feel like the #usguys community has that pretty well covered. And I know that a lot of the nights are crowded – that’s why we chose Saturday initially, but like I said, I thought I would just put it out there for the community and see what happens 🙂

    Hi Margie,

I’m in Nic’s camp with my Friday’s wide open (right before Talk Soup and Real Time w/Bill Maher, lol)

Have missed tweetdiner and working to get my tweet legs back up to snuff to handle the speed of tweets.

Your new blog layout is great. Glad I have it in my reader ;-).

2 votes for Friday. Well alright 🙂

How are you doing? Healing up okay?

Thank you as always for your very kind words. Great to have you back!

I’m wanting Friday night – can never make Saturdays – but could on Fridays – too many already during the week – so there you have it… would like to attend… 🙂

I voted for Monday night for a few reasons. First, I am almost always home at that time, and second I really enjoy my early week chats- they get me jazzed to do great things the rest of the week. 🙂

Technically I voted for keeping the same time but Friday works. The Facebook page is a great idea, I’m being lured into spending more time there.
